Santa Rosa Woman Arrested After Police Say She Entered Home and Carried Child Upstairs
Santa Rosa police arrested a 23-year-old woman on allegations including kidnapping, burglary and child endangerment after authorities said she entered an unfamiliar residence, briefly carried a child upstairs and later fled. The child was not injured, police said.
