Work on Healdsburg’s March Avenue began Aug. 24 and is scheduled to continue on weekdays through Sept. 2. The project includes a full roadway reconstruction, bike-lane striping, two new crosswalks and pedestrian safety improvements.
Healdsburg High School’s fall sports season begins this week with established programs returning and the debut of girls flag football. The school also has three volleyball teams, a 16-player girls golf roster and 19 tennis players committed so far.
