Two people were arrested in Rohnert Park after investigators developed evidence in separate cases involving the alleged exploitation of a minor, according to the Rohnert Park Department of Public Safety.
Blake Allen Johnson was arrested on suspicion of human trafficking of a minor, arranging a meeting with a minor for lewd purposes and violating probation, the department said. Harlaik Singh was arrested on suspicion of human trafficking of a minor and arranging a meeting with a minor for lewd purposes.
The department identified both as suspects in separate investigations but did not provide additional details about when or where the alleged offenses occurred.
Rohnert Park officials said investigations into human trafficking and child exploitation can involve undercover enforcement operations, digital evidence and coordination with specialized investigators and other law enforcement agencies.
The department said minors involved in commercial sexual activity are considered victims of exploitation under California law and that it will continue investigating cases involving the exploitation of children.
Johnson and Singh are presumed innocent unless and until they are proven guilty in court.
